Guaranteed to run classes
CALA has implemented a new “Guaranteed to run” policy for selected training courses. Once CALA has listed a course as “Guaranteed to run” we will guarantee that we will not cancel your paid registration. CALA reserves the right to personalize all courses with two or less participants. Personalized instructor-led courses will cover the same material over a shorter duration.
CALA reserves the right to change the schedule of a guaranteed class if prevented from delivering the class by causes beyond our control such as but not limited to Acts of God. If CALA is forced to change the schedule, CALA will reschedule the course to run within a reasonable period of time.
