CALA Training Service encourages potential customers to qualify us a Training Service Provider before making use of our services, in accordance with clause 4.6 of ISO/IEC 17025.

Three choices for training – In-class, online, and training manuals!
CALA now offers three choices for the type of training that best meets participants needs.
1. Live discussion and learning in class with other participants and an expert CALA facilitator:
- steering the group discussion;
- answering the tough questions;
- meeting participant needs;
- meeting new challenges from participants;
- providing extensive take-home materials and publications;

2. Online training with threaded discussion:
- less interactive;
- more convenient – access from any computer with an internet connection;
- less expensive than in-class training;
- all materials and publications available online, and

3. Published training materials and publications:
- learn at home – no time limit;
- even more convenient – no computer connection needed;
- less expensive than in-class training;
- identical to the training materials provided during in-class sessions;
- all materials and publications shipped from CALA;

- covers the same topics and the same concepts as both in-class and online versions.

Within the CALA Family of Services
CALA Training Services continues the CALA tradition for "quality." The Laboratory Assessment and Proficiency Testing Programs are both supported by the CALA Training Service. Within the Association the CALA Training Service also provides opportunities for CALA members to participate in the exchange of knowledge of some of the complex issues that face environmental testing laboratories.
