Qualifications
- Possess credentials in one or more of laboratory management, quality practices, organic chemistry, inorganic chemistry, toxicology, radiochemistry, microbiology, air analysis or asbestos analysis;
- Have at least five years relevant experience;
- Hold a university degree or technical diploma;
- Work in a laboratory or laboratory-related environment;
- Possess good organization, communication and interpersonal skills.

Commitment
- Conduct at least six CALA assessments on a volunteer basis, over a three year period;
- Attend an approved 36 hour Lead Auditor/Lead Assessor training course;
- Attend biennial (refresher) CALA specific training courses.
NOTE: CALA will fund all assessor related travel, training and certification as a RABQSA certified auditor.
